  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Liquid Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
Mixing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Baking
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and Bisquick mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the beef and cheese in the pie plate.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serving
  1. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
