Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) spicy ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange half of the biscuit pieces loosely across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and about half of the spicy ranch seasoning.
  5. Scatter the remaining biscuit pieces over the first layer.
  6. Top evenly with the remaining cheddar and ranch seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, cooked through, and the cheese is melted with golden, crispy edges.
  2. Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.
  3. Cut into squares or gently pull the pieces apart and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm, paired with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara for extra flavor. Make sure not to overcrowd the biscuit layers for even cooking. You can customize with bacon or different vegetables.
