  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops, about 3/4 to 1 inch thick
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix, about 1 ounce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, 10.5 ounces
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation
  1. Lightly coat the slow cooker insert if desired for easier cleanup.
  2. Arrange the bone-in pork chops in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the pork chops.
  4. Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the top.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth around the sides.
  6. Place the stick of butter on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
  2. Once cooked, spoon some of the buttery sauce over the pork chops.
  3. If you like, gently stir the sauce around the edges to combine it smoothly before serving.

Notes

Serve these delicious pork chops with a side of mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the buttery sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze for up to 2 months. For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in ranch seasoning mix for a few hours before cooking. Adjust the amount of butter based on preference.
