Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces soft slider buns (Hawaiian-style or dinner rolls, split)
  • 3/4 pound thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Without separating the individual buns, slice the entire slab of slider rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom sheet.
  4. Place the bottom sheet of buns cut-side up on the foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Layer the corned beef evenly over the bottom buns, covering them from edge to edge.
  6. Lay the Swiss cheese slices over the corned beef, overlapping slightly.
  7. Place the top sheet of buns over the cheese.
  8. Brush the tops of the buns generously with the melted butter.
  9. Cover the sliders loosely with a second sheet of foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove the top foil and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are lightly toasted and the Swiss cheese is fully melted.
  11. Let the sliders rest for 2-3 minutes, then cut along the bun lines to separate into 12 individual sliders.
  12. Serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are best served warm, right out of the oven. You can serve them on a platter for parties or as a quick meal at home. Add some pickles or your favorite dipping sauce on the side for extra flavor. For more flavor, sprinkle garlic or onion powder over the melted butter before brushing. You can use different types of cheese or add sautéed onions or peppers for extra taste.
