  • 1 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 10-ounce bag mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter Use for greasing and melting
  • 1 cup gumdrops, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and butter.
  3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and stir with a greased spatula.
  4. Continue microwaving in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Let the mixture cool for 1 minute.
  6. Fold in the chopped gumdrops.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it into a flat, even layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Once set, lift the candy from the pan using the parchment paper. Remove the parchment and cut into small bite-sized squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container until ready to serve. Keep at room temperature for freshness up to a week. Refrigeration may extend storage time but is best enjoyed at room temperature.
