Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces soft slider buns Hawaiian-style or dinner rolls, split
  • 3/4 pound thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Without separating the individual buns, slice the entire slab of slider rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom sheet.
  4. Place the bottom sheet of buns cut-side up on the foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Layer the corned beef evenly over the bottom buns, covering them from edge to edge.
  6. Lay the Swiss cheese slices over the corned beef.
  7. Place the top sheet of buns over the cheese.
  8. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  9. Cover the sliders with a second sheet of foil.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  11. Remove the top foil and continue baking for another 5 to 8 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are lightly toasted and the cheese is fully melted.
  12. Let the sliders rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  13. Using a knife, cut along the bun lines to separate into 12 individual sliders.
  14. Serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are best served warm. Pair them with some mustard or pickles for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. You can reheat them in the oven or microwave before serving again. Use quality corned beef for the best flavor and consider adding sautéed onions or peppers for extra taste.
