Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions for al dente, drain, and lay flat on parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, beaten egg, 1 cup of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread approximately 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture evenly onto each lasagna noodle.
Roll each noodle tightly from one end to the other and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Top the roll-ups with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set.
