  • 1 pound Frozen Swedish-style meatballs
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • to taste Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a greased 9x13 baking dish, mix the cooked noodles with the sauce.
  4. Gently fold in the meatballs.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
