Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake mixture
  • 1 package 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened properly.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 1 cup whipped topping
For the fruit
  • 1 cup 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all the fruits.
  5. Carefully fold the fruit mixture into the cream cheese mixture until the fruit is evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

This dish can be served in individual bowls or a large bowl for guests. Garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 to 3 days.
