Main ingredients
  • 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 8-count
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line an 8-inch square baking pan or small baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan, pinching the seams together to make one even layer.
  4. Brush the melted butter all over the dough, making sure it reaches the corners.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar evenly across the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is deeply golden, the cheese is melted, and the edges are crisp and brown.
  2. Let the pan cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Lift out the slab with the foil, cut into squares, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch dressing or marinara. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
