Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bag 24 to 32 ounce bag frozen pork potstickers
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups frozen stir fry vegetable blend
  • 1/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the frozen pork potstickers in an even layer on the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Pour the broth over the potstickers, ensuring they are mostly submerged.
  3. Sprinkle the frozen stir fry vegetables on top without stirring.
  4. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the potstickers are hot in the center.
  6. Adjust the seasoning to taste before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve the potstickers straight from the slow cooker in bowls, ensuring to include plenty of broth and vegetables.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Storage
  1. Let leftovers cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  2. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove, adding a bit of broth to keep them moist.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding minced garlic or ginger to the broth. Substitute stir fry vegetables with favorites like bell peppers or broccoli. For a thicker sauce, mix a cornstarch slurry and stir it in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
