Preparation
  1. Place the frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the chicken.
  3. Pour the orange juice around the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Shred the chicken and stir it back into the sauce.
  3. Let it sit on WARM for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served over rice or pasta. Garnish with fresh herbs and pair with steamed vegetables or salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
