Preparation
- Lightly grease the slow cooker insert to make cleanup easier.
- Arrange the pork chops in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Spread the condensed cream of chicken soup over the tops of the raw pork chops.
- In a medium bowl, mix the dry stuffing mix with the chicken broth and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the soup-covered pork chops.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the pork chops are tender and fully cooked.
- Avoid cooking for 8 hours as bone-in chops can dry out if left too long.
- Serve hot, spooning some of the creamy stuffing and pan juices over each pork chop.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the fridge before reheating. To make stuffing crispy, uncover the slow cooker for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
