Ingredients
  

For the sweet cream base
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Divided, use 1 cup for the coffee layer
  • 10.5 oz sweetened condensed milk Divided, use remaining for the coffee layer
For the coffee layer
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Use the remaining from the sweet cream base
  • 3/4 can sweetened condensed milk Remaining from the total can
  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules Divided, less can be used for a milder flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a small baking sheet or 8x8-inch pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In one bowl of the slow cooker, combine 2 cups white chocolate chips and 3/4 of the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes until smooth. Pour into the foil-lined pan and smooth out.
  4. In another bowl, combine the remaining chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and espresso powder.
  5. Cook on LOW for 30-45 minutes, stirring as before until smooth.
  6. Whisk the coffee mixture for 1-2 minutes until it becomes airy, then pour it over the base layer.
  7. Chill for 3-4 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the foil and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for up to two weeks if well-wrapped. Ensure the slow cooker is set to LOW and stir regularly to prevent burning.
