  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Season the Pork
  2. Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the Pork
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
