Pepperoni Tater Tot Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 oz pizza sauce
  • 24 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, then drain the fat.
  3. Stir the pizza sauce, garlic powder, and dried oregano into the beef.
  4. Spread the meat mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Place tater tots in a single layer over the sauce and meat.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes more until cheese is bubbly and tots are crispy.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
