  • 1 lb ground beef or beef and pork mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line or grease a baking tray.
