Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the cream of onion soup over them.
  2. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
