  • 2.5 to 3 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on Choose quality chicken for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda Adjust sweetness as desired.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer, skin side up.
  3. In a bowl, stir together the ketchup and lemon-lime soda until evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, basting the chicken once or twice if desired.
  2. Cook until the chicken is done and the sauce is thick and glossy.
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Spoon the sticky sauce from the pan over each piece.

Notes
