  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained (optional, for topping)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange-flavored gelatin powder in boiling water until completely dissolved, then let cool to room temperature without allowing it to set.

  2. Serve cold.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Make sure to cover it well to maintain its fresh taste and creamy texture. Consider adding crushed graham crackers for added texture.
