Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 lean ratio)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle chips, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (sugar-free)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar -free Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
  2. Cook the beef until fully browned, approximately 7 to 10 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula.
  3. Drain the excess rendered fat from the skillet.
  4. Season the cooked beef with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; stir to incorporate and remove from heat.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, smoked paprika, and onion powder until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.
  6. In a large salad bowl or four individual serving bowls, layer the shredded iceberg lettuce as the base.
  7. Top the lettuce with the seasoned warm ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onions, and dill pickle slices.
  8. Drizzle the prepared special sauce over the salad and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
