Preparation

Frying

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding breadcrumbs to the batter. Adjust the amount of jalapenos depending on your spice preference. Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy exterior. If you want to make mini corn dogs, use small hot dogs or cut regular ones in half.
