  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • to taste Optional add-ins (spinach, zucchini, cooked sausage)

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk in the flour until you have a lump-free batter.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella until mixed well.
  5. Fold in any optional fillings like vegetables or cooked meat.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  2. Let the pie rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

It pairs well with a fresh salad, garlic bread, or marinara sauce. To store leftovers, let the pie cool completely and cover it. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze it for two months. Reheat properly before serving.
