Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tsp sal t
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprik a
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken tenderloins evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
  6. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for approximately 60 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat in the garlic butter sauce before serving.
