Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet, stretching it gently into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
Spread the beef mixture evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam and ends to seal, then rotate the log so the seam side is down.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the top and sides of the dough log.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the crust is deep golden brown and the internal temperature of the dough is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 2-inch rounds.
