Main Ingredients
  • 1 Pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Cooked ground beef or sausage
  • 1 Bell peppers Any color
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Optional
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Egg wash For brushing

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat until browned. Add peppers, onions, and mushrooms, cooking until softened. Season lightly and let cool slightly.
  3. On a floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  4. Spread cooked filling evenly over the dough, leaving a border. Top generously with shredded cheese and pepperoni if using.
  5. Starting from the long side, carefully roll into a tight log. Pinch seams and tuck ends underneath.
  6. Transfer to baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning.
