Ingredients
  

  • 6 –8 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker, skin side up.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, coating each piece well.
  4. Cover and cook:
  5. LOW for 6–7 hours
  6. HIGH for 3–4 hours
  7. (Optional) Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes until the skin is slightly crispy.
  8. Spoon extra sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
