Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls, split in half Use sweet rolls for the best flavor.
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham You can substitute with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Adjust the amount according to your taste.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly spray the inside of a 6-quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the crockpot.
  3. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the rolls, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle the BBQ sauce evenly over the ham and cheese.
  5. Place the tops of the rolls over the filling and cover the crockpot with the lid.
Cooking
  1. Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, or until the ham is hot and the cheese is completely melted.
Serving
  1. Carefully separate the sliders and serve them warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. For extra flavor, consider adding sliced jalapeƱos inside the sliders.
