For the Pizza Rolls
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 4 sticks mozzarella cheese, each cut in half

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place 4 slices of pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle, then set 1 mozzarella piece on top.
  4. Roll each triangle up from the wide end toward the pointed tip, tucking the sides in slightly.
  5. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Baking
  1. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and golden brown, and the cheese inside is melted.
  2. Let the rolls cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These rolls taste best when served warm. Pair them with dipping sauces such as marinara, ranch, or garlic butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
