Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon slices for serving

Method
 

  1. Season the salmon
  2. Pat salmon dry. Coat with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the salmon
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. Make the sauce
  6. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and stir. Add heavy cream and paprika. Let it simmer until slightly thick.
  7. Combine everything
  8. Add lemon juice. Return salmon to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top.
  9. Finish and serve
  10. Sprinkle parsley and add lemon slices. Serve warm.
