Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier spreading.
  • 1 cup caramel sauce or thick caramel dip Store-bought caramel sauce works perfectly for this recipe.
  • 1/2 cup crushed toffee bits You can also mix in some chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  • 4 to 6 pieces apples, sliced Use tart apples like Granny Smith for balance.

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a small serving bowl or glass dish and spread it into an even layer.
  2. Spoon the caramel sauce over the cream cheese and gently spread it across the top, leaving a few thick swirls for a homemade look.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed toffee bits evenly over the caramel layer.
  4. Chill for 15 to 30 minutes if you want a firmer dip, or serve right away with sliced apples.

Notes

You can store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. If making ahead, keep the apples separate until serving to maintain freshness. Customize with toppings like mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, or melted chocolate.
