Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dough sheet or seamless crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or finely chopped
  • 4–6 slices deli ham
  • 4–6 slices Swiss cheese

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray or oil the foil.
  2. Open the crescent dough and unroll it, pinching seams together to make a rectangle.
  3. Mark the dough into three sections, cutting diagonal strips on each side.
  4. Spread the shredded chicken down the center, then layer the ham and cheese on top.
  5. Fold the ends to seal the filling inside. Braid the strips of dough over the filling.
  6. Tuck in any loose ends and place the braid on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with a side salad or vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
