Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the chicken layer.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single, even layer across the top.
Bake for 25 minutes until the tater tots begin to brown and crisp.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and bacon bits over the tots.
Return to oven and bake for 10 additional minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
