Main Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping Use a spatula when folding in to keep it fluffy.
  • 1 can cherry pie filling Feel free to adjust the amount based on your taste.
Topping
  • Graham cracker crumbs Add just before serving for crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add the cherry pie filling to the mixture and gently fold to incorporate.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes.
  5. Top with graham cracker crumbs for added texture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is best served chilled. You can serve it in individual cups or bowls. Pairs wonderfully with a dollop of whipped cream on the side. To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
