Cheesy Stuffed Meat & Mozzarella Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 pound cooked Italian sausage crumbles
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
  3. Spread marinara sauce across the dough, leaving a 1-inch margin at the edges.
  4. Distribute sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce layer.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log.
  6. Cut the log into 12 equal segments and place on the baking sheet cut-side up.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and oregano in a small bowl.
  9. Brush the garlic butter over the hot rolls and top with Parmesan cheese.
