Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 10x14 inch rectangle.
Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Layer the mozzarella, parmesan, crumbled sausage, and pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, tucking in the ends as you go.
Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the top of the dough with the beaten egg wash.
Sprinkle the oregano and garlic powder over the top.
Using a sharp knife, cut 3 or 4 small slits on the top for steam to escape.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with extra marinara.
