  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8-count)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 small cubes Use fresh mozzarella for a gooier texture.
  • 24 slices pepperoni Experiment with turkey pepperoni for a lighter option.
Optional for Serving
  • Marinara sauce For dipping, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Separate the biscuits and gently flatten each one into a small round.
  3. Place 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 piece of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit round.
  4. Pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinch tightly to seal, and place the biscuits seam-side down on the foil-lined pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  2. Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping. These biscuits are great as finger food for gatherings. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
