Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and distribute the beef mixture evenly among them.
Sprinkle 0.5 cup of shredded cheese over the beef on each tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
Wipe the skillet clean and add vegetable oil over medium heat.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and sear for 2 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
