Distribute the sliced chicken pieces evenly over the sauce, followed by the mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese.
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
Slice the log into 8 equal rolls using a serrated knife.
Place the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and oregano; brush the mixture over the tops and sides of the rolls.
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the rolls.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with the remaining marinara sauce for dipping.
