Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onions are translucent.
Drain excess grease from the skillet.
Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 individual triangles.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture on the wide end of each dough triangle.
Roll the dough starting from the wide end towards the point and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through.
