Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce, whisking to deglaze the pan.
Place the patties back into the skillet and spoon the sauce over the meat.
Top each patty with an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
