Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery , thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots , shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast and buffalo wing sauce, tossing until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. In a large salad bowl, create a base with the chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. Top the lettuce with sliced celery, shredded carrots, and red onion.
  4. Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the center of the vegetables.
  5. Garnish the salad with blue cheese crumbles.
  6. Serve immediately with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
