Ingredients
  

  • 1 7–10 lb fully cooked spiral-cut ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven
  2. Set oven to 325°F. Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan. Cover loosely with foil.
  3. Make the Glaze
  4. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, and cloves. Heat until smooth and glossy.
  5. Bake the Ham
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes per pound. Brush glaze over the ham every 20 minutes.
  7. Caramelize the Top
  8. Remove foil during the last 15 minutes. Increase heat to 400°F and let the glaze bubble and caramelize.
  9. Rest & Serve
  10. Let ham rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
