Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Lightly grease a deep glass casserole dish.
  3. Lay the raw beef top round slices in the dish, arranging them in overlapping layers.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the beef, tossing to coat all the slices.
  6. Spread the beef back into an even layer and cover the dish tightly with foil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the beef is just cooked through and tender.
