Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the garlic bread package directions, typically around 375°F to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned, about 6 to 8 minutes, and drain excess grease. Stir in Italian seasoning.
- Bake the frozen garlic bread on the prepared baking sheet until golden brown and crispy, usually 8 to 10 minutes.
Assembly
- Cool the garlic bread slightly, then cut into bite-sized squares.
- Top each square with a spoonful of cooked beef, pressing lightly to secure.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
- Bake again for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy on a large platter for sharing, alongside dipping sauces like marinara or ranch.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven until warm and cheese is melted.
