  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For greasing the baking dish.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and gently pound them to an even thickness if needed.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until it’s smooth.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
  2. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. This dish is best enjoyed warm, fresh out of the oven. For better flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand or adding vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the cream cheese mixture.
