  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into 12 small cubes

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Lightly grease a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares.
  4. Gently press one square into each mini muffin cup.
  5. Place a small cube of Brie into the center of each pastry cup.
  6. Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown and the Brie is melted.
  2. Let the bites rest in the pan for about 5 minutes before carefully removing them.
