  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure cream cheese is really softened.
  • 1 can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 large flour tortillas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese by removing it from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before starting.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, drained diced green chiles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Spread the mixture on a tortilla, leaving a half-inch border.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Slice each roll into approximately ½-inch rounds.
Serving

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Best eaten within 3 days. Can last up to a week if stored properly. Consider adding garlic powder or chopped green onions for extra flavor.
