3-Ingredient Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

Prep Time 15 minutes
Freeze & Set 2 hours 15 minutes
Total Time 2 hours 30 minutes
Servings: 12 clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chopped or dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Line a tray that fits in your freezer with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the chopped strawberries into the yogurt in a medium bowl until the fruit is evenly coated.
  3. Spoon the mixture into about 12 small mounds on the lined tray. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, until the clusters are firm.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring after each burst until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster into the chocolate, or spoon chocolate over it, then return it to the parchment. Work quickly so the yogurt stays frozen.
  6. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Serve cold and keep any extras in the refrigerator or freezer.
