Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks pork ribs baby back or spare
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce your favorite
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Remove membrane from ribs for better tenderness.
  2. Pat ribs dry and season with spices, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line slow cooker with foil for easy cleanup.
  4. Place ribs inside, slightly curved to fit.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar.
  6. Pour half the sauce over the ribs.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
  8. Carefully remove ribs and brush with remaining sauce.
  9. Optional: broil 3–5 minutes for a sticky glaze.
  10. Rest briefly, then slice and serve.
