Method
- Remove membrane from ribs for better tenderness.
- Pat ribs dry and season with spices, salt, and pepper.
- Line slow cooker with foil for easy cleanup.
- Place ribs inside, slightly curved to fit.
- Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar.
- Pour half the sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
- Carefully remove ribs and brush with remaining sauce.
- Optional: broil 3–5 minutes for a sticky glaze.
- Rest briefly, then slice and serve.
